Shipping policy
We are shipping from Czech Republic, in the center of Europe (and part of EU).
Shipping for Czech Republic
Shipping is done through either Packeta or GLS. In case you would like your order to be shipped to a Z-Box, please write its address instead and in the notes of the order mention this.
Shipping to EU
GLS are our main shipping company, as based on numerous good experience and fast turnaround time.
For other countries
Czech Post is used to keep the shipping prices as low as possible. Due to that, we can offer either untracked or tracked shipping. Other differences (than tracking) between these two are estimated delivery times; tracked shipping is much faster. When ordering, you are free to choose whichever you prefer.
Estimated delivery times
(Untracked orders)
- EU countries: 5 - 10 working days
- other Europe countries: 7 - 14 working days
- international: 2 - 5 weeks
(Tracked orders)
- within Czechia: 1 - 3 working days
- EU countries: 3 - 7 working days
- other Europe countries: 5 - 10 working days
- international: 1 - 3 weeks
Please keep in mind
If you submitted a wrong shipping address or your order didn’t arrive 6 weeks after the estimated shipping times, we’re happy to send a replacement.
All the fees, including non-tracked or tracked shipping, must be paid
by the buyer. You must contact us (via email or Instagram) within 7
days of shipment arrival (if it's tracked), or 60 days after your purchase date. The reshipment fees must be paid within 14 days after the customer reached out to us.
But keep in mind that if you have chose untracked mail,
there is not much that I can do as it's outside my control. I cannot be
hold responsible if your mail has been lost or stolen in shipment,
therefore I cannot offer replacements.
If the order arrives missing an item(s) and you had TRACKED shipping, please contact us through email or Instragram with the unboxing video when you opened the unsealed mail as a proof (NOT photos). We're happy to send you the missing item(s) and we'll cover the shipping fee.

Custom Fees
International customers are fully
responsible for any custom fees that might occur upon receiving their
order. Please check your country's
custom fees before ordering to avoid any surprises!
This applies to every country outside of EU.
For US based customers
As of now, there is no way for Czech Post to offer DDP (duties pre-paid). It is on the customer to declare the package when it arrives at the custom's border and pay the fees to their country.
